• The products supplied by Soft Spot are suitable only for their intended purpose. Customers must ensure that products are handled, stored, installed, used, or otherwise dealt with in a proper manner, consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions where applicable.

Refund Policy

• Order Cancellation: A 50% deposit is non-refundable if the fabric has already been ordered.
• No Refunds on Custom Orders
  As each order is made-to-measure and designed specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot accept:
  Cancellations after production has started
  Refunds or exchanges once your order is completed
